Reaux focuses on exclusive drops, meaning we cannot guarantee a re-drop or re-stock. However, there are special circumstances where customer responses are overwhelmingly positive that we bring back that style in the future. Feel free to sign-up on the product page and follow us on our socials to be notified when your desired piece is back in stock.
Please start a return through our return portal.
Once your order is placed, we are unable to add any discount codes or vouchers.
You can contact support at support@reauxsport.com.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping information and tracking number for your parcel. We dispatch orders placed before 12noon EST on the same day.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@reauxsport.com. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or refund you.
If your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, please wait to receive it to begin a return via our return portal.
If you are a customer outside the United States, please be aware that your home country will charge import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination. These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.

Returns
Below are some common questions about returns
Signs of washing, detergent, drying, ironing, pilling, or excessive wrinkling.
Item(s) smelling of smoke, perfume, deodorant, etc.
Excessive animal/human hair, fuzz, lint, etc.
Signs of wear (makeup, stains, smell, glitter, powder, skin cells, foreign matter, or debris.
Returned without original packaging, tags, or removable bra pads.
Swimwear was returned without the hygienic liner.
We do not allow returns for socks or glute bands due to hygienic reasons.

Any items that are discounted more than 15% are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
No. Return shipping back to Reaux and reshipping exchanged items are not covered by Reaux.
If Reaux receives your return shipment package after the 14-day grace period (for US customers) or 30-day grace period (for international customers) then we will process your refund as a store credit if your return is approved.
If your return was denied, we will notify you via email and ask if you would like the item shipped back to you or donated to a local charity. Customers are responsible to cover reshipment, duties, taxes, and fee costs.

Please note that Reaux Sport is not liable for lost return packages. Refunds, store credit, or exchanges must be approved by Reaux. Reaux Sport has the right to refuse issuing a refund, store credit, or exchange if fraudulent activity is suspected. Reaux Sport is not liable for damages that happen to packages in transit during shipment to the customer as well as return packages to Reaux Sport.
No. Customers that request a return or an exchange will need to go through the returns portal to get issued a return authorization number (RMA #) against their original order number.
Reaux will deny the return or exchange if item(s) are shipped back to us without going through the returns portal and having the appropriate documentation in the return package.
Reaux extends a longer grace period for international customers due to the length of time getting in and out of customs. This is our way of extending flexibility and gratitude for our international followers that want the same opportunity to be satisfied with their pieces.
